η μετάφραση που σκέφτηκα για τον συγκεκριμένο τίτλο είναι: The Insured should buy value, not price θα μπορούσε να μεταφραστεί αλλιώς για είναι πιο κοντά στο νόημα του αγγλικού κείμενου;

The insured party should but the policy and should not sell it
It is how it is used in English policies

Policies should be bought willingly (gladly, etc), not sold forcibly (under pressure, etc.)

: Σου έκλεψα την ιδέα και την έκανα: Policies should be bought, not sold.

Το σκέφτηκα κι εγώ, αλλά φοβήθηκα μήπως παρερμηνευτεί ως "...bought and not resold" ή τίποτα τέτοιο.

The insured should buy a policy, not have a policy sold to him

Discussion
The sequence of the meaning is that ' The Insured should buy INSURANCE and not be sold INSURANCE'. As I said previously, it is understood that the 'Insured' buys Insurance and not potatos, I said. As in the Greek expression, the word Insurance, in the speech, is left out. So, what you get is THE INSURED SHOULD BUY, NOT BE SOLD(to).
*ΤΗΕ INSURED SHOULD BUY NOT BE SOLD TO* να βάλει και το 'to', αν θέλει, για να πειθονται και οι 'περαστικοί '
I have 'Royal flush!!' I was in Sales, for years, myself. I stick to my SHORT AND SWEET VERSION. One does not have to repeat what the 'Insured' is buying. Obviously, not potatos. So, why say it.
Μετά, το '... not have a policy sold to him' is long for saying '.........not be sold'. So, read mine as, **THE INSURED SHOULD BUY('insurance', left out as is inferred), NOT BE SOLD, ('Insurance', inferred, which is short for ''not have sold to him''). There's my card!! SHORT AND SWEET. Furthermore, just because a blogger created a precedent I should follow!!

This looks like a straight flush to me. Now show me what you've got. :)
In this case it says, 'Ασφαλισμένος'='Insured', which is an inference that he/she buys some type of Insurance and nothing else but Insurance. So, the word Insurance is omitted.
