You could also go for a freer translation and not translate "έδρα" at all, i.e. '..based in Agrinio...'. The verbal lexeme 'based' reflects 'main location' therefore 'headquarters' (in theoretical linguistics 'indirect pragmatic delusion').
Nevertheless, since your genre is quite formal and academic, I would go with the first one.

Explanation:
I usually translate this word as "seat", as Spyros suggested above, but in this case I would prefer "main campus", just in case there are more campuses. If this is the only one, then I'd say "located in Agrinio", or simply "in Agrinio".
