Aramaic, misspelled: דיתבא. Part of formal text of divorce decree. Location must be stated in the document. Probably due to the existence of different locations with the same name (e.g. Frankfurt), the river on the banks of which the city is located is mentioned (e.g. Frankfurt am Main). Curiously, when there is no river some documents include "on the waters of wells" or "on the waters of conduits."
