This is not a word of Hebrew origin.

צ'רקסייה - which is what you seem to have transliterated - literally means Circassian when referring to a female, or an object (it) that is considered as female in hebrew.

Perhaps this is a type of dance move - I do not know, but it is a likely possibility, especially if you're referring to folk dancing.

"Circassian" - meaning of Ciracassian origin. The Circassian people are a non-jewish minority that can be found in Israel (mostly in the upper Galilee). They are a people of Caucasian origin, and as far as I know the community living in Israel has been here since a migration that took place in the third quarter of the 19th century. The Circassians originated in the Caucasian region of Asia, and I assume that most of them still live in that region.
