"XY vállalattal szerződéses jogviszonyban álló munkavállaló" - someone employed under a temporary contract. A munkavállalás két formája: a szerződéses jogviszony és az alkalmazotti jogviszony közül az előbbiről van szó. Angolul ezek "temporary contract" és "employment relationship".
A Federation of European Employers honlapjáról:
"Council Directive of 14 October 1991 (91/533/EEC) - Proof of Employment Relationship Directive on an employer's obligation to inform employees of the conditions applicable to the contract or employment relationship. (...) Whereas, in order to protect the interests of employees with regard to obtaining a document, any change in the main terms of the contract or employment relationship must be communicated to them in writing..."
