The company Tugu Mandiri has a pension fund (Dana Pensiun) program. I think this is employee additional contribution, either on top of his/her compulsory contribution, or the company's contribution*.

*E.g. in our Jamsostek (Worker Social Security Insurance), companies and employers have to pay contribution towards the latter's pension fund. This scheme may be copied by Tugu Mandiri.

And, yes, this contribution is regularly deducted (typically monthly, on pay cycle).
