I am confused about what this term is indicating here, and I have used "estate" throughout the text to translate "patrimonio". I was considering using "hereditament", but a smilar Kudoz entry seems to disregard this term. So, should I use "estate" and change my translation for the word"patrimonio"? Context:

"Questo tipo di Bankassurance Plan puo essere utilizzato come un trust, senza nomina di un trustee in cui la proprieta racchiude I suoi beni, decide gli obiettivi da raggiungere a breve e lungo termine, ne predispone il passaggio alle generazioni future seguendo a meno l’asse ereditario, senza mal perdere i controllo del suo patrimonio, "
