Italian term

per gli effetti nei loro confronti

Italian to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Factoring agreement
Hi everyone.
I have the above term in a clause in a factoring agreement. I'm not sure if it is a general legal term (e.g. 'pursuant to', although that one doesn't work here) or if it is a bit more literal. Any help would be appreciated.
The clause is about the dissolution of the agreement.

My draft so far is this:
The Factor shall give immediate written notification of the dissolution, whether due to expiry of the duration, withdrawal or termination, to the Debtors about the effects on them (?), including in the name and on behalf of the Seller, which shall, with the execution of this AGREEMENT, hereby mandate it for this purpose with full ratification and approval.

Thanks for any help and suggestions.

over the effects in relation to them

nei confronti di > to; towards (Collins Sansoni) and as opposed to 'in their dealings with each other' or - for Latin lovers - 'inter se', namely the Debitori Ceduti---.
Example sentence:

Their policy(ies) should apply to staff or other individuals acting on their behalf with respect to their dealings with each other, its membership or between its own or other coaches, athletes, or other athlete support personnel.
