Screening exam
An alternative to Judy's answer (which is likely), should context speak for it.
Screening with Pap followed by EOG (general/gyn PE), which usually includes a speculum exam.
We need to keep in mind, though, that we're dissecting this mathematically now, but the doc writing this may be much less analytical.
