Marketing - Real Estate
Italian term or phrase: meglio composta
I'm not quite sure how to translate the 'meglio' in this sentence - it seems to be a common cliche for Italian estate agents.

La proprietà si sviluppa su più livelli ed è così **meglio composta**: al piano interrato troviamo un’autorimessa tripla ed un locale deposito; al piano seminterrato, una taverna con camino, 2 cantine....

Thank you very much in advance!

This is a pedestrian way of saying it but I think it does the job.

best articulates its construction

Explanation:
..to draw out a little more the meaning or intent in the original, with a touch of marketing added in AKA hyperbole. 'Meglio' comes across as best in the phrase. You could use "expresses" here instead of "articulates".
