Latin to Polish Medical Medical (general)
The full phrase is "St. post-coll. renalis.
I know it refers to kidneys, the patient had a hernia surgery, is there some related kidney problem perhaps?

And how the idea relates to the tool??? You saw it was a post hernia surgery. And involved renal colic (pain). Patient had no kidney surgery. Just hernia.
