I am now doing an English-Japanese translation for a newspaper article regarding Norwegian environmental tragedy. This phrase is in the article. Unfortunately I don't know Norwegian at all and the online dictionary does not suggest any English words for that. I believe[fisk] is [fish], yes? But I don't know the meaning of [Eksportutvalget].
