Cristina, I agree with your comment about the use of “short names” (i.e. simply the company name) in texts such as this one, but unfortunately this wasn’t an option. Also, I was unable to use your suggestion of “Promoting Companies”, since both the Credit Card Company and the Bank are referred to as “Empresas Promotoras” in these regulations.
