It is in a Brazilian mining company:

 A responsabilidade muda de P&L para Balanço. De uma única BU para várias BUs, e decisões de investimento ou desinvestimentos em ativos.
 Desafio de entender o ambiente externo e influenciá-lo, contribuindo para uma organização
autossustentável no longo prazo.

This is my attempt but I'm not convinced...
Responsibility moves from P&L to Audit. From a single BU to various BUs and decisions relating to investment or divestment in assets.

Challenged to understand the external environment and influence it, contributing to a self-sustaining organisation over the long term.
