Laringe cu dinamica

Romanian to English Medical Medical: Cardiology Hospital notes on pleurisy case
This is from a part of the case notes description under the "fibrobronchoscopy" results of a patient.

This term comes at the beginning of this paragraph:

"Fibrobronhoscopie (Dr.X No.XXX): Laringe cu dinamica prezenta. Aspect bronsitic difuz bilateral...."

I cannot find the meaning of "dinamica"here. It makes no sense to say "Larynx with dynamics are present".

it's all about some doctors being more doctors and less linguists :) The meaning is "laryngeal dynamics (are) present".

Yes I know that we can describe "laryngeal dynamics", but the text reads "larynx with dynamics", which does not make sense. I could say "laryngeal dynamics present" but the Romanian is using "noun + cu + noun".

it is about the "Laryngeal Dynamics " which have been found to be present. The larynx has (normal) laryngeal dynamics ...that's the idea.
