Spanish term
Panadería con horno / panadería con obrador
Spanish to English
Other
Food & Drink
Bakery
I'm translating information regarding liability insurance for various different types of businesses and there are two types of insurance products, "Comercios y Oficinas" and "Empresas". The text distinguishes between two different types of bakeries, which each corresponding to a different insurance product. "Panadería con horno" which corresponds to "Comercios y Oficinas" and "panadería con obrador" which corresponds to "Empresas". I'm struggling to figure out how to distinguish between these two types of bakeries, as all the information I've been able to find seems to suggest that a "panadería con obrador" is a bakery that bakes bread on site, but would that not just be the same as a "panadería con horno" in that case?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Pre-cooked bread/Fresh-baked bread
In Spain at least, a lot of bakeries now have an oven to bake precooked bread, while in the obrador, bread is made following the traditional way. I'm not sure how you can explain that in English, but this is the difference in Spain. Hope it helps.

: I see the term 'part baked' and 'ready to bake' bread vs prepared on the premises.https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https:/...
