Well that is quite a large country and at an inspired guess there could be a couple of thousand churches with this name. A.R. could well be the abbreviation for the Archdiocese - i.e. Arquidiócesis de R....

I am assuming this is Mexico and not Argentina. "A.R." I believe is Asociación Religiosa", but not 100% sure. It helps if you post as much context that you can divulge without betraying confidentiality, including countries.
