Explanation: An unfair advantage exists (i.e. is available) in spite of the fact that XXXbolag has not consciously exploited the good name that the apellant's trade mark has built up I'm sure it could be put better, but I think that is roughly what it means. It seems a slightly 'informal' expression to use in this context. I've seen 'är för handen' meaning 'handy', 'close at hand' etc. in other contexts. |
