Source text - Turkish 3. Odadaki tüm ahşaplar, camlar ve aynalar tavandan aşağıya kadar belirlenen kimyasal ile temizlenir.
4. Oda zeminleri, süpürgelikleri, aplik ve prizler detaylı temizlenir.
5. Banyo ve tuvaletteki tüm seramikler tavandan aşağıya kadar belirlenen kimyasal ile temizlenir. Banyo gider kapaklarının temizliği ve kontrolü yapılır.
6. Yatak, sofa, koltuk, komodinler çekilerek altları ve arka tarafları temizlenir.
7. Odada kullanılan tüm ürünlerin (havlu, buklet vb.) ve mevcut tefrişatların lekesiz ve hasarlı olmamasına dikkat edilir.
8. Mini barlar yerinden çıkarılarak ahşabı ve kendisi detaylıca temizlenir.
9. Balkon ray araları, kasaları, balkon ahşap ve tırabzanlarının temizliği yapılır.
10. Misafirin özellikle dikkat edilmesini istemiş olduğu konulara daha titiz davranılır. (Örneğin her gün bukletlerin yenilenmesi vb.)
11. Kat şefleri tarafından güne başlamadan önce detaylı temizlik çizelgesine bakarak sorumlu oldukları bölgelerin odalarını maid ve kendi raporuna misafir istekleri ile birlikte işlerler.
12. Detay temizlik odaları HK Order taker tarafından detay listesine eklenir, misafir otelden ayrılıncaya kadar isteğinin yerine getirildiğinin onayını kat şefinden alır.
13. Odanın son kontrolü Asst. Housekeeper tarafından yapılır.
Translation - English 3. All woodens, glasses and mirrors in the room are cleaned from top to bottom with the specified chemical.
4. Room floors, baseboards, wall lamps and power outlets are cleaned in detail.
5. Bathroom and all the ceramics in the toilet are cleaned from top to bottom with the specified chemical. Bathroom drain covers are cleaned and checked.
6. Beds, sofas, armchairs, night tables are pulled, the bottom and the back sides are cleaned.
7. Care should be taken to ensure that all products used in the room (towels, curtains, etc.) and existing furnishings are not spotted or damaged.
8. Mini bars are taken out and they are completely cleaned including the wooden parts.
9. The balcony’s rail gaps, cases woods and banisters are cleaned.
10. The issues that the guest especially requested are taken into consideration meticulously. (E.g. Renewing the bouclé’s daily, etc.)
11. The housekeepers process the rooms of the areas they’re responsible for, along with the guests’ wishes for the maid and their own report, by looking at the detailed cleaning chart before starting the day.
12. Detailed cleaning rooms are added to the detail list by the HK Order Taker; the guest receives the confirmation of his/her request from the floor chief, until s/he leaves the hotel.
13. The final control of the room is done by the Asst. Housekeeper.
