Source text - Turkish İşbu Protokol, tarafların dahil olduğu grup şirketlerinin aralarında işbu Protokol taraflarının onay ve katılımını ve işbu Protokol konusu hizmeti kapsayacak nitelikte olan bir “Master Service Agreement”(MSA) vb. nitelikte bir sözleşme imzalamaları halinde işbu Protokol, ilgili sözleşme’nin imza tarihinden itibaren herhangi bir ihtar ve/veya bildirime tabi olmaksızın kendiliğinden münfesih olacaktır. Protokol’ün bu şekilde sona ermesi nedeniyle taraflar birbirlerinden fesih tarihine kadar doğan hak ve alacakları dışında herhangi bir cezai şart vb. bir hak ve alacak talebinde bulunmayacaklardır.
Şüpheye yer vermemek üzere Firma’nın bu tarafların dahil olduğu grup şirketlerinin aralarında MSA vb. nitelikte bir anlaşma imzalamaması ve/veya işbu Protokol taraflarının söz konusu MSA vb.nitelikteki anlaşmaya katılmaması halinde FİRMA Protokol’ü tek taraflı olarak sona erdirmek isterse işbu Protokol kapsamında düzenlenen tüm cezai şartlardan sorumlu olacaktır.
Translation - English This Protocol shall be automatically rendered terminated in case groups to which the parties are a member to signs, with the approval and adherence of the parties of this Protocol, a contract such as a “Master Service Agreement” (MSA) including the service constituting the subject matter of this Protocol, as of the date of signing of the said contract, without requiring a further notification and/or warning. In case of such termination of the Protocol, The parties shall not put forward demands concerning any kind of penal provisions, rights and receivables etc., save those rights and receivables accrued up to the date of signing of the contract.
For clarification, lacking an agreement such as a MSA between group companies to which the parties are a member to, and/or in case the parties of this Protocol would not adhere to such MSA agreement; should the FIRM choose unilaterally terminate the Protocol, it shall be liable with all penal provisions provided within the framework of this Protocol.

İtalya’daki son Bizans toprağı olan Bari, bu bölgedeki menfaatlerin göz ardı edilmesi nedeniyle Normanlar tarafından ele geçirildi (1071).
Doğu’da 1068-1069 yıllarında başarılı seferler yürüten Romanos, 1071’de Malazgirt’te Sultan Alp Arslan’ın komutasındaki Selçuklu ordusuna karşı da savaştı ancak yenildi. Başlangıçta başarıyla savaşan birlikler, Romanos'un üvey oğlu ve rakibi Andronikos Dukas’ın imparatorun öldüğüne ilişkin söylenti yayması yüzünden paniğe kapıldı. Yenilgide bu paniğin de önemli payı vardı. Selçuklular tarafından tutsak edilen IV. Romanos, anlaşmaya varılması üzerine belirli bir bedel karşılığında serbest bırakıldı.
Translation - English The first and foremost priority of Romanos IV was the restructuring of the army in the Asia Minor through conscription and augmentation by mercenaries. The last Byzantine stronghold in Italy, Bari, was lost (1071) to Normans due to the neglect for the sake of the prioritization of Anatolia. Seeking to crown with a decisive victory his successful campaigns of 1068-1069 in Anatolia, in 1071 Romanos came against the Seljuk Sultan Alp Arslan in the Battle of Manzikert, and lost. Albeit fighting successfully in the beginning of the battle, his troops faltered after Romanos’ step-son and his rival Andronikos Doukas betrayed him and began a retreat claiming that the Emperor fell in battle. The ensuing panic led to the defeat in the hands of the Seljuk army. Captured by Seljuks, Romanos IV was released in exchange of a promise of a set ransom.

Source text - English Other urbanists noted the tendency for cities to grow in star-shaped rather than concentric form, along highways that radiate from a center with contrasting land uses in the interstices. This gave rise to a sector theory of urban structure, advanced in the late 1930s by Homer Hoyt (1939), who observed that once variations arose in land uses near the city center, they tended to persist as the city grew. Distinctive sectors thus expanded out from the CBD, often organized along major highways. The complexities of real-world urbanism were further taken up in the multiple nuclei theory of C. D. Harris and E. L. Ullman (1945). They proposed that cities have a cellular structure in which land uses develop around multiple growth-nuclei within the metropolis—a consequence of accessibility-induced variations in the land-rent surface and agglomeration (dis)economies.
