Source text - English Applicable Law and Jurisdiction. This Agreement is made under and shall be construed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Turkey without reference to the conflict of laws principle. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply to this Agreement or to transactions processed under this Agreement. Disputes arising in connection with this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey , and the courts of that country will have jurisdiction, except that HP may, at its option, bring suit for collection in the country where APR is located.
Severability. To the extent that any provision of this Agreement is determined to be illegal or unenforceable in a particular country, the remainder of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. The offending provision will be deemed amended by the parties so as to make it enforceable and to the extent possible, have consequences which are substantially the same as what was intended by the parties.
Notice. All notices that are required under this Agreement will be in writing to the addresses set forth in this Agreement or further communicated by either party to the other in case of change.
Language: The parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is negotiated, agreed and signed in English language. If APR desires to have a translation in its local language, it may organize it at its charge. Only the English version will be signed and, if any conflict arises between the English and the localized versions, the signed English version of this Agreement shall prevail.
Translation - Turkish İlgili mevzuat ve yetki alanı. Bu Anlaşma Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarıa tabi olarak yapılmıştır ve kanunlar ihtilafı ilkesine bakılmaksızın bu kanunlara göre yorumlanacaktır. Uluslararası Mal Satımına İlişkin Sözleşmeler Hakkında Birleşmiş Milletler Antlaşması, bu Anlaşma ya da bu Anlaşma kapsamında gerçekleşen işlemler için geçerli değildir. Bu Anlaşma ile bağlantılı olarak ortaya çıkan anlaşmazlıklar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabi olacak ve HP’nin, kendi tercihi ile davayı APR’nin bulunduğu ülkede açmayı tercih etmesi durumu hariç olmak üzere, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti mahkemeleri yargı yetkisine sahip olacaktır.
Bölünebilirlik. Belirli bir ülkede bu Anlaşmanın herhangi bir maddesinin yasa dışı ya da uygulanamaz bulunduğu hallerde Anlaşmanın kalanı tam olarak yürürlükte olacaktır. Aykırı hükümler, uygulanabilir hale gelmesi ve tarafların amaçladıkları ile özünde mümkün olduğunca aynı sonuçların elde edilmesi amacıyla taraflar tarafından değiştirilmiş addedilecektir.
Ihbar. Bu Anlaşma kapsamında yapılacak tüm ihbarlar bu Anlaşmada belirtilen adreslere ya da değişiklik durumunda bir tarafın diğerine bildirdiği yeni adrese yazılı olarak yapılacaktır.
Dil: Taraflar bu Anlaşmanın İngilizce dilinde müzakere edildiğini, mutabık kalındığını ve imzalandığını kabul eder ve onaylarlar. Eğer APR kendi dilinde bir çevirisini talep ederse, masraflarını üstlenerek çeviriyi organize edebilir. Sadece İngilizce nüsha imzalanacaktır ve İngilizce nüsha ile yerel dildeki nüsha arasında herhangi bir ihtilaf halinde Anlaşmanın imzalanan İngilizce nüshası geçerli olacaktır.

Translation - English In his presentation “Everbody desires a change however no one wants to change" stated Karaçam and he emphasized technological changes in business models. Karaçam said: “naming 21st century as Information Era will be a quite appropriate positioning in the extent of current technological developments”. As Karaçam stated, due to an integrated supply chain system, more information will be received in a shorter time; automated reporting function will become significant and security implementations will become more effective and Karaçam mentioned that efficacy, dependability in shipping, honesty, transparency, error margin and flexibility will be the assessment criteria in logistics implementations.
He also remarked that it is always necessary to implement modern, convenient and transparent customs policies regularly in order to decrease the cost in supply chain and to increase efficacy and pace in business requirements.
By explaining advantages to the customs and business world provided by XYZ Technologies and their operational structure Karaçam opened out a different window to the attendees. Throughout the conference attendees had the chance to feed their curiosity about network and digital opportunities; to learn latest solutions, technologies and trends being represented in the exhibition area.
Because the conference, at the same time, hosts the Presidents of Customs and high level officers, significant executives and representatives of business world along with state ministers and international organizations principals who are influential in the field of development of trade and economics, Istanbul is witnessing hectic days.
