Bio
Through my studies at international schools/universities and my experience abroad, I have always been able to bring very good communication skills into multicultural, multidisciplinary tasks as I have learned to sharpen my attention to different tasks simultaneously in an efficient and successful way.
In countless sessions, the opportunity to develop my rhetorical skills in practice, to convey content to target groups, to speak freely in front of groups and, of course, to conduct structured presentations.
In projects, I also learned to grasp the initial situations and conditions quickly, to think analytically and networked, and to always pay attention to non-verbal signals.
My independence taught me very early to act fast in practical terms, to find creative solutions, also through new combination possibilities and to assess my own abilities correctly.
By assuming responsibility for personnel, I learned to delegate work in a meaningful way and at the same time to recognize conflicts before they escalate.
