Source text - English The development of drug resistance and resultant failure to eradicate the entire neoplastic cell population has limited the efficacy of many antineoplastic therapies. Induction chemotherapy with cisplatin-based regimens e.g. has improved response rates in patients with ovarian cancer, but many patients relapse because of broad cross-resistance to a number of antineoplastic agents. Combination therapy, especially with agents with different mechanisms of action and/or tolerability profiles, theoretically reduces the likelihood of resistance or cross-resistance. Agents such as paclitaxel are therefore being investigated in patients with disease refractory to other cytotoxic drugs and in combination with current therapeutic regimens.

Bu iki sistemin birlikte çalışması elektro-hidrolik dönüştürücüler vasıtası ile sağlanır. Elektronik devre çıkışlarının bağlı olduğu dönüştürücülerde elektrik sinyali (voltaj) ve akım hidrolik sinyale (basınç) dönüşerek reglaj (kontrol) ve by-pass ve enjeksiyon valflerinin açıklığını ayarlar. EHS sistemi bu valfleri kontrol ettiği gibi, bunun yanında kazanla ilgili basınç ve sıcaklık kontrol sistemlerine sinyal göndererek kazan çıkışındaki buharın basınç ve sıcaklığının ayarlanmasında etkin rol oynar. Türbin hız kontrol ve generatör çıkış MW kontrolu yapar.
Translation - English The turbine is controlled by the electro-hydraulic control system called shortly as EHS and consisting of electronic and hydraulic parts. The operation of these two systems together is provided by means of the electro-hydraulic transducers. The electrical signal (voltage) and the current is converted to hydraulic signal (pressure) in the converters to which the electronic circuit outputs are connected and they adjust the openness of the adjustment (control) and by-pass and injection valves. While the EHS system controls these valves, it plays an efficient role in the adjustment of the pressure and the temperature at the boiler output, sending signals to the pressure and temperature control systems related to the boiler. The turbine speed control and the generator output checks the MW.
