14. Bakım

14.1 İç ünitenin panel ve ızgaralarını sökün. Cihazın içini ve dışını gözle kontrol edin ve vakumla temizliğini yapın.

14.2 Cihazın emiş menfezlerindeki hava filtreleri sökülerek fırça veya vakumlu süpürge ile kuru olarak temizleyiniz.
14.3 Cihaz tesisatlarında herhangi bir kaçak olup olmadığını kontrol ediniz. Kaçak varsa gideriniz.
14.4 Cihaz çalışması sırasında anormal bir ses olup olmadığını kontrol ediniz.
14.5 Yan kapakları sökerek fan, kayış tahrikli sistem ise kayış gerginliğini kontrol ediniz, gevşekse uygun şekilde gerdiriniz, kayışlar yıpranmış ise değiştiriniz.
14.6 Motor ve vantilatör yataklarını kontrol ediniz. Gerekiyorsa yağlayınız.
14.7 Cihazın yoğuşma tavasını temizleyiniz. Temizleme sırasında boru ve elektrik tesisatı hasarlanmamalıdır.
14.8 Ünite gevşemeden dolayı herhangi bir ses olup olmadığını kontrol ediniz. Fan kanat göbek bağlantıları ve bütün muhafazalar gözden geçirilmeli, gevşeyen yerler varsa bağlantılar sıkılmalıdır.
14.9 Cihazın elektrik bağlantılarını kontrol ediniz, gevşeyen bağlantılar varsa sıkınız.
14.10 Cihazın kumanda prensibini kontrol ediniz herhangi bir aksaklık varsa gideriniz.
14.11 Hava kanallarını kontrol ediniz, hava sızdıran yerler varsa bunları gideriniz.
14.12 Isıtıcı varsa kontrol ederek aksaklıkları varsa gideriniz.
14.13 Cihazda paslanan yerler varsa pasları temizleyiniz ve boyayınız.
14.14 Kondenser yüzeyinde biriken pislik varsa temizleyiniz. Temizleme işini yumuşak fırça ve basınçlı hava kullanarak yapınız. Aluminyum kanatların hasarlanmamasına dikkat ediniz.
14.15 Fan motoru bağlantılarını ve fan muhafaza bağlantılarını kontrol ediniz. Gevşeyen civatalar varsa sıkınız.

14. Maintenance

14.1 Disassemble the panels and grids of the internal unit. Visually check inside and outside of the device, and vacuum clean it.

14.2 Remove the air filters on the suction grills of the device, and clean them with a brush or vacuum cleaner (dry cleaning).
14.3 Check the installation of the device to see if there is any leakage. Eliminate the leakages (if any).
14.4 Check the device to see if there is an abnormal sound during operation.
14.5 Remove the side covers and then check the fan and the belt tension (if it is a belt driven system), stretch the belts if they are loose, and replace the belts if they are worn-out.
14.6 Check the motor and fan bearings. Lubricate them if necessary.
14.7 Clean the condensation tray of the device. The pipe and electrical installation shall not be damaged during cleaning.
14.8 Check the unit to see if there is an abnormal sound due to looseness. Hub connections of the fan blades and all housing components shall be checked, and the loose connections (if any) shall be tightened.
14.9 Check the electrical connections of the device and tighten the loose ones (if any).
14.10 Check the control principle of the device, and eliminate the faults (if any).
14.11 Check the air ducts, and eliminate the air leakages (if any).
14.12 Check the heater (if any), and eliminate any faults.
14.13 If there are rusty areas on the device, clean and paint them.
14.14 If there is accumulated dirt on the condenser's surface, clean it. Carry out the cleaning by using a soft brush and compressed air. Be careful not to damage the aluminum fins.
14.15 Check the connections of the fan motor and the housing connections of the fan. Tighten the loose bolts (if any).
