Bio
I have a 4 year BA degree in Economics from Marmara University in Istanbul, Turkey. Post graduate degrees in EU matters from both Turkey and UK. I have taught Turkish to the general public and Ministry of Defence staff at Exeter University and privately for over 20 years.

Have been living in Exeter, Devon, UK since 1988. Since then interpreted and translated for Devon and Cornwall Police and many other organisations and public services. I have translated customs and immigration documents and leaflets. Health, DWP, Education, Probation and housing leaflets and contracts. Plus Diplomas, Passports, Birth, Marriage and Birth Certificates. I am a certified/sworn Turkish translator. Extensive experience in the translation of medical documents, EU leaflets and trade documents.

I am a qualified Community Interpreting trainer and manage an interpreting and translation agency in Devon, UK.

Interpreting charges: £30 per hour plus travelling expenses
Translation charges £0.07-£0.09 pence a word. Minimum charge of £25
per document translated.
