: Supple and non tender. This is a physcial exam finding. Pain does not exist in the objective section of the exam, just tenderness.

: Painless means not inflicting pain, rather than pain-free, which is not suffering pain. Even though pain is all in one's head - as Bob Dylan noted. Plus "mollets" is French, not English.
