If this is to be a publication, "Business" would be of broader appeal and flexibility than "Enterprise".
If you want to emphasis very continuous and up-to-date information, then it is probably more "Watch" than "Update".
Other alternatives:
(a) China-UK Business Observer (highlights role of the publication)
(b) China-UK Business Monitor (even more close and continuous tracking and reporting)
Take your pick.
