quick and reliable Aug 2, 2016

I would term myself as quick and reliable across domains. Someone who knows how not to translate.

Are we Jack-of-all-trades and masters of none?
Well, it looks as though we tend towards being masters of at least one!
And to be perfectly honest, when it comes to translation, I don't vest much trust in those who pretend to be (in the sense of "to claim to be") masters of all. I have nothing per se, against those who have a couple of languages nor those who have a few domains of expertise either. But multiple languages and multiple specialist areas? I start to doubt.

To be Jack-of-all-trades is not always bad. Think about Leonardo and Michelangelo. I admire their art but a year ago I received a book with Michelangelo's sonets and they are amazing. Leonardo was not only an artist but also a constructor, engineer, explorer. Sometimes I love to walk in a totally foreign world and explore it. My main field is documents and certificates and their legalisation but I love dentistry and anaesthesia, gynecology, aviation, gambling and construction. All these fields were a part of my life for a certain period.

Congratulations!You haven't caught the virus!

By the way, for those who voted on "unbeateble low rates", I won't forget to put roses on your grave.

The universal claims Aug 9, 2016

quality - reliability

Why is the essential not on the list at all?

Because EVERYBODY offers them, yet not so many deliver.
Nobody will stand out from the crowd with "my water is wet" claims.

When the Total Quality trend came up, one of its tenets was that "quality is defined by the customer".

Really true! Nobody can self-claim quality and reliability, as they don't know what each client wants.

A client who wants nothing but low rates won't ask for anything else.
