Explanation:
Aus einem Betriebspraktikumsbericht(Daimler Chrysler): Nebenbei bemerkt durfte ich mich auch mit der Spritzpistole versuchen und einen Kotflügel der E-Klasse lackieren. Die Kotflügel werden zuerst in einem Tauchbad komplett mit einem Korrosionsschutz beschichtet. Diese unterste Schicht wird dann abgeschmirgelt, gereinigt und mit einer Füllerschicht (dient ebenfalls dem Schutz) besprüht.
