画像処理ソフトではフィルタなどをピクセル毎(またはその回りのピクセルを参照する)の計算式で表すことが多い。典型的な例はedge enhancementや色補正など。その計算式の中で「IF項」もあります。…+@if(test,yes_branch,no_branch)+…といった具合。この場合、testは青のレベルをテストして、intensityが0.3以上ならといったyes_branchのみの例。つまりno_branchは"do nothing"。
