ham luncheon meat

I also thought of Spam but it is canned and apresuntado is not, while similar cooked ham would be presunto cozido.
Luncheon meats are processed meats that use lower quality ingredients than deli meats.
Other options would be chopped ham (also a luncheon meat) or pork luncheon meat but this doesn't convey the impression of the ham flavor.

hammy

ham - presunto
hammy - apresuntado
Example sentence:

This chicken has a hammy flavour.

Peer comment(s):

neutral Paul Dixon : I guess this is possible, along the lines of "apimentado" (peppery), but this is almost surely not the meaning intended.

chopped pork

That's what they call it in Waitrose. I guess you are using it as a noun (the food item) rather than as an adjective (ham-like etc). Luncheon meat is another possible option already given here. Not sure about spam - isn't that a brand name?

That's exactly it - chopped pork. A processed meat which is generally sold in round or square slices. I find it odd that so many people have opted for "ham-like".
Note from asker:
"apresuntado" is a kind of "cold cut" we find here in Brazil. It looks like ham, but in reality is a kind of processed pork meat that people eat in slices (usually with bread or in sandwitches). In fact I rarely eat meat and don't remember eating it.
