Norwegian term

U.off. Offvl.

Norwegian to English Law/Patents Law (general) abbreviation
As usual, I'm hopeless at abbreviations. What does this stand for, please?
No context (that I can see at the moment) apart from it's at the top of a table of details concerning a case with Skatteetaten.
TIA.

Exempted from Public Access - Freedom of Information Act

"U. off" seems to stand for "unntatt offentlighet" (see URL below, also try googling "unntatt offentlighet" and "exempted from public access". "Offvl." is apparently "Offentlighetsloven" (Freedom of Information Act) as Carole says.

Freedom of Information Act

Offvl. = Lov om offentlighet i forvaltningen - Act relating to public access to documents in the public administration [Freedom of Information Act]
Not sure about the "U.off." bit though...
