تحویل به عامل حمل در بندر عباس

يکى از قرارداد هاى اينکوترمز که در ان فروشنده کالا را به اولين حمل کننده تحويل مى نمايد

FCA یکی از انواع سیزده گانه اصطلاحات رایج در بازرگانی بین الملل (اینکوترمز) می باشد.

FCA (Free Carrier)
Seller fulfills their obligation when he or she has handed over the goods, cleared for export, into the charge of the carrier named by the buyer at the named place or point. If no precise point is indicated by the buyer, the seller may choose, within the place or range stipulated, where the carrier should take the goods into their charge.

This is one of the many abbreviations and acronyms of incoterms. If you are engaged in this sort of business you should study incoterms. Off course the aforementioned answers are right but the jargon in trade is "تحویل بندرعباس" which means Free Carrier.

i.e. it is carried to Bandarabbas free of chareg and from there onward shall be born by the other party.
