While the answers provided are close literal equivalents, the customary English version of that closing statement -- as included in diplomatic notes and other formal correspondence -- is usually rendered in a slightly-different protocol and written as:

"Please be assured of my continued highest respect and personal regard.... " (elaboration of "yours sincerely" or "sincerely yours")

The full formal closing includes the suitable Muslim evocation (shown below in the second example):
