I would just put "Specialist" (without "junior"); meaning that there is Senior Specialist and Specialist.
Especially if it's for resume :-)

A Specialist Diploma
... "junior expert" sounds funny - like "he/she is an expert, all right, but 'junior' (?)

Associate Degree
I believe, in the US Associate Degree would best correspond to "младший специалист", and professional degree (Bachelors, Masters, Doctors, etc.), correspond to "специалист" with different "специальности" (or majors). IMHO

"Диплом специалиста" is translated into English as "Professional Diploma" and not "A Specialist Diploma". "Specialist" means something else (at least in the US).
