I could support several other alternatives if they were worked in appropriate, but I don't think anyone has addressed the problem you're having with the part of the phrase preceding it. The way you've put it,
it could be misinterpreted to mean that the suspension of ethics in the workplace would somehow lead to an optimistic future!

I interpret it as meaning:

in the future, is it possible to overcome the ethical lapses that take place in the workplace on a daily basis?

or even

can we envision a future that surmounts the disregard of ethics we see in the workplace on a daily basis?

or something along those lines.

I think this is one of those cases where you need to figure out what the author is saying, then figure out how one could say that in English, rather than sticking slavishly to a word-by-word translation. Just figuring out how to say "horizonte superador" or "práctica laboral" is not going to help unless you put it all together properly.
