Marcelo González Jun 4, 2009:
My pleasure, Jane! // I approach life the way I do a buffet: have a little taste everything (aunque me cae mal) :-)
JaneTranslates (asker) Jun 4, 2009:
Thanks Marcelo. This time your solution doesn't work for me, but I appreciate your time. Saudi Arabia, wow, you do get around, don't you!
Marcelo González May 31, 2009:
In support of "humanizing" "...organizations that are both productive and humanizing" or "...productive as well as humanizing" :-)

Hi, Liz. Your link is incomplete. Also, the "humanizing" in the portion you give is not an adjective modifying "organization", as is the case in the original. But others have provided examples in this posting and I agree that it is also a good translation

Thanks, Melissa--and also Joss, who explains why I wasn't comfortable with "humanizing."
Peer comment(s):

agree Joss Heywood : "humanizing" seems to be generally a verb, something that is done to organizations, not something that they do. Humane or caring are better.

productive organizations, and at the same time with a human touch
Note from asker:
Nice thought, but here I think they want to give the idea of more than just a "touch" of humanity. Thanks, SwissTell.
