¿Es o no nombre propio? Parece tratarse de un taller dentro de Aston Martin cuyos servicios van más allá de lo común, dado que hasta pueden hacer arreglos de viaje ( http://www.astonmartin.com/eng/worksservice-2 ) y en alguna época incluso modificaban automóviles y los vendían como nuevos modelos ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aston_Martin_Virage#Works_Servi... ). Todo eso no constituye simplemente un servicio de mantenimiento, sino más bien una gama completa de servicios de posventa (esto trae a la mente la expresión inglesa "the works") y me resulta muy difícil traducirlo.

No he podido confirmar que "Aston Martin Works Service" sea el nombre de una compañía, pues el sitio oficial para hacerlo ( http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/info ) CIERRA DE 0:00 a 7:00, hora local. Quizás alguien recuerde seguir ese vínculo en otro momento y agregue aquí los resultados.

En cualquier otro contexto, yo lo calificaría; por ejemplo, "el amplio servicio de postventa brindado por Aston Martin Works Service". Pero justamente estás trabajando con texto calcado del sitio de Aston Martin, y para saber a qué se dedican basta continuar leyendo.

Es parte del nombre Asi se llama Aston Martin Works Service...yo no lo traduciría...pero si lo quieres traducír sería Servicio de Mantenimiento Aston Martin...
