My first interpretaion was "空運時僅限用 (or 僅限於) 加壓式貨艙", but might it be "僅限於以加壓式貨艙運輸的空運" or something else?

料想是因为需要空运的某种物质（液体、气体等）需要以加压式货舱运输。加压式货舱或加压货舱。
