Considerando que el ansia por comer/ o por algo de comer en concreto se sacia.... en un bocado.

Habla de "Cravings"= Ansias/Antojos.

Con un solo bocado se sacian los antojos.

Es lo que me parece más apropiado. Hay textos en la web al respecto.

¡"Desde el primer bocado" tambien me parece genial!
