נדחה = postponed, לתזכורת = for reminder, so you cannot just say postponed.

Yes, that was my dilemma. I just don't totally understand it and thought someone here might. The phrase "Postponed for reminder" doesn't seem to exist in google/google books. Thanks for helping! |

When an accused party has not entered a plea of guilty or not guilty, the case is often adjourned, giving the accused a chance to obtain legal advice and enter a plea. Adjournment for mention is also common where the judge thinks that a case may be dropped because the prosecution may withdraw or settlement is likely. This procedure is common in Australia. Internet indicates it is also used in Ireland, Hong Kong, and other countries. I do not know whether it operates in Israel.
