Russian term
Разница между annex, exhibit, schedule и attachment
Russian to English
Law/Patents
Law: Contract(s)

Manual of Style for Contract Drafting,
Attachments:
Documents that are attached to the back of a contract are referred to generically as attachments.
There are two kinds of attachments, exhibits and schedules. [...] Instead of exhibit or schedule you can use appendix, annex or attachment, all of which are generic terms for attachments. [...]
Exhibit: An exhibit is a stand-alone document. [...]
Schedules: Schedules consist of materials that would be part of the contract proper but have been moved to after the signature blocks.

In other words, it makes no difference whether the attachment is in the form of text or a table. What matters is whether it is part of the contract or a completely separate document (that is relevant somehow to the subject of the contract).

Discussion
Exhibit.
