I don't think there's one only word, except for this general one...
There are variety of "enchidos", it just means filled sausages. It's different from wieners, wienerwurst,... Traditional way of making it. So, unless there's specific name like "enchidos portugueses", I think it's better just write "sausages".

Como escervi na discussão acima, acho "Salami" também mais correcto depende dos topos de "enchidos" servem. Em fim, chouriços, salsichas e linguiças não podia ser decrevido numa palavra, nem são mesma coisa. Alguns são mais tipo salame, outros são mais salsichas que podia ser vendido nas latas. Tou certa?

This is when enchido is used as an adjective eg. pimentao enchido... tomate enchido etc.
enchidos as a noun on their own e.g "varios enchidos" would be best translated as "sausages" as nekonote suggests. Depends on the context.

Discussion
A resposta do meu amigo português: enchidos.... salame....
Depois de eu tentar analisar mais, a resposta dele era;
pois sao petiscos completamente diferentes! Mas em "engrish".... tudo a mesma coisa.
