Context: a Mexican school certificate

La Escuela de...certifica que Sancho Pansa acredito la educacion secundaria de acuerdo al plan de estudios vigente, segun constancias que obran en el archivo de control escolar.

My initial idea is, "in accordance with the documentation on file/filed/held/kept/maintained in the school records."

Can somebody can come up with a more refined translation...?
