Termenul corect în limba engleză este notified body.
Organismul cu nr. 0413 este o firmă din Suedia (http://ec.europa.eu/enterprise/newapproach/nando/index.cfm?f... care cred că a emis declaraţia în limba suedeză, iar la traducere acest termen a fost tradus approved organization.
