Buenos días, tengo en mis manos un Registro Mercantil y en uno de los capítulos dice:
"De las utilidades liquidas obtenidas en cada período, se hará un aparte igual al diez por ciento de las mismas hasta cubrir el veinte por ciento del Capital Social, para formar un fondo de reserva"
En este contexto ¿Qué significa "aparte"? y ¿Cuál sería su traducción al inglés?
