I'm struggling with the last phrase here. "Note that the office has security gates at all levels which must be locked after you have checked that the premises are empty", - that bit's fine, I'm just not sure about "därefter larmar man på".

for me, the use of "låsas" earlier in the sentence, and the use of "man" make me inclined to use the passive voice
