Fiche technique
Hello,
This comes from instructions on the staging of an event on a public area. Have found right of way for chantier, but that doesn't seem quite right here. I'm assuming it's just an enclosed onsite parking area(not sure what field to put this question in)!.

holding area
I don't think this is intended to be very specific.

construction site surface area
I believe 'emprise' to mean 'emprise au sol', which is just the surface area.
This is another option.
This is another option.

parking space reserved for the site
Admittedly I haven't heard the common phrase "parking for site vehicles only" referred to as "emprise chantier", but that's what the context seems to me to suggest. Or am I completely barking up the wrong tree?
