la falta de obtención no imputable al concesionario de las correspondientes licencias in the event that the licenses [...] are not obtained, and the cause is not attributable to the [..] Explanation: I find the double negative of “la falta de obtención no imputable” very clumsy to render into natural-sounding English (and the sentence structure in general is pretty tough too), but this might work... Hope it helps ____________________ “Se entenderá como causa justificada de incumplimiento de los plazos, la falta de obtención no imputable al concesionario de las correspondientes licencias y autorizaciones necesarias para el desarrollo de las obras a otorgar por terceras Administraciones.” "Missed deadlines shall be considered justified in the event that the licenses or permits needed for the works to be awarded by other Public Bodies are not obtained, and the cause is not attributable to the concessionaire." |
