For this reason, my suggestion is: “acceso a todo el sitio” or “un completo acceso al sitio” or “acceso al sitio sin restricciones” or “acceso a todo el sitio sin restricciones”.

Your observation is very interesting and I like the clear way that you use to explain your case. You are right: “acceso a todos los sitios” is wrong and near to impossible. Frequently you need to have special authorization and advanced web tools.

Normally, a lot of websites give the possibility to access to some pages of the pages and they have restrictions for the rest. In those cases, the only people who have “all site access” are the webmaster and the owner of the web.

Also in some cases you need to have special software tools for “access to the whole site”. This situation happens when the website was developed with tools like Adobe Flash or other graphic animation programs.
